Despite the delivery service Evri destroying the package the first time around, the seller gladly posted a replacement without issue. This is the only reason that I am giving 5/5 stars on delivery. Ultimately I didn't want to give it 1 star as I worried this would reflect poorly on the seller! Fantastic product, bought for a 5 year anniversary. Wife loves is!

Awesome ring and bracelet holder, very well-crafted and sanded down smooth as butter. The design is varied and look great. Shipping was a little bit of a problem since the items came from Great Britain to Texas, and the package was "lost" for a while, but that's par for the course - just expect to wait 3 weeks-ish if you're in the US.
