We want you to love your Wooden Ties order. If for any reason you're not completely happy, we'll do everything we can to put it right — just get in touch and we'll take it from there.

Our Returns Promise
No two pieces of handcrafted wood are identical — that's part of their beauty. But if the grain or natural variation isn't quite what you hoped for, just send it back and we'll find you a better match, completely free of charge (we'll cover the outbound postage on the replacement).
If you're not happy with the quality of our work for any reason, simply return the item and we'll either send you a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Returns Window
Returns for refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In their original packaging/box with all tags still attached
Items returned after 14 days, in used condition, or missing original packaging cannot be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
