Refund policy

We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase but if for any reason you are not please email us in the first instance info@woodenties.co.uk and we will do our very best to remedy the situation.

Of course, no two hand made wood items are the same. 

If the grain or variation is too much, just send it back (at your cost P&P) and we will send you out a new one for free (our cost).

If you're just not happy with the quality or our work, just post it back and we will either refund you or send you a new tie.

Returns for refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date. All items must be unused, in their original packaging/boxes, and have all attached tags.

Items returned after 14 days of purchase, in used condition, or missing any of the original packaging will not be accepted.

Shipping charges will not be refunded on any returned or exchanged items unless the item is defective.
