I recently bought a bow tie from the Wooden Tie Workshop. It was delivered within two days but when I opened the box I noticed that one corner of the bow tie was ruined. I ordered a navy engraved bow tie for my fiance for a special event. The first one accidentally got lost in the post but the company went out of their way to make up for the slight delay, arranging a new delivery immediately and sending me a complimentary gray one. They were both nicely crafted and fitted perfectly well. I would certainly recommend them!
The tie was great and the message on reverse just finished it off wonderfully.
