This is a skilfully crafted piece of woodwork and it looks beyond amazing in person! The wood is thicker than the photo had lead me to believe, which meant that it was not ideal for the kind of long earrings that hang with no backs to support them. In the end, however, this worked to my advantage and I am pleased with the sturdiness and weight of the item. It's beautiful and functional, it was shipped quickly and packaged neatly, and I am thrilled to have it in my possession. Thank you!
